Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges for turbochargers under any circumstances.
All sales are final, and we do not provide any warranties or guarantees, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or product performance.

Once an order has been placed and confirmed, cancellation will not be accepted under any circumstances. Customers are strongly advised to review their order details carefully before completing the purchase, as no changes, modifications, or cancellations can be made after the order is confirmed—regardless of delays caused by courier partners or change of mind by the customer.
If the order has already been dispatched to the delivery partner, no cancellation requests will be entertained, even if the shipment is delayed by the courier service or if the customer no longer wishes to receive the product. Shipping delays caused by the delivery company are beyond our control, and refusal to accept the package will be treated as a breach of the purchase agreement, with no refunds or replacements applicable.

A return will only be accepted if the product delivered does not match the order placed by the customer (wrong model, wrong item, or incorrect specification). In such cases, all delivery and return shipping charges will be fully covered by us.
However, cancellations are still not allowed under any circumstances.

The customer must send clear photos of the delivered product to our mobile number or email mentioned in the About Us section.
Return requests will be accepted Monday to Friday, between 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
